You can ask them to send you this X-Ray by email, which you can easily upload in your ClickFlySmile.com account. Or if you can only obtain a hard copy, scan it and upload the picture into your account.Q. How do I access the quotes the clinics send me?
A. In tab "Clinics' replies" you will see the list of quotes. You can access them one by one, by clicking on the icon "View" on the right.Q. How long do I need to wait to reveive the quotes ?
A. If your data are complete enough, then dentits can send you their diagnostic and offer very quickly. It could be during the same day ! However, sometimes clinics will ask you for more information, depending on the nature of your treatment plan request.Q. How accurate are the quotes ?
Since the process is a remote diagnosis one, a quote is not always 100% accurate. However, you can expect 80% accuracy. However, the better data quality and more recent the X-ray you provide in your account, the more accurate the quote.
With good X-rays or panoramic images, the quote is likely to go over 90% accurate.Q. How can I update my treamtent request ? => I received an answer marked "Your treatment request has been defined as 'incomplete' - Please update it"
When you receive an answer under the 'Clinics offers' tab that is tagged 'incomplete', this usually means that the clinic hasn't got all the data necessary to perfom an online diagnosis and send you their quote.
You are expected to update your medical profile. First, find out what is missing: Click on "View" and scroll down to the 'Medical file status' section. Once you understand what is missing, (re-)open 'My treatment request' tab and complete it accordingly to the missing data.
When you update your treatment plan request, the clinic is notified about it and your latest modifications are online at the clinic's end.
The clinic is now going to send you a quoteQ. How do I contact the selected clinic?
A. Simply clic on the "select" button opposite your chosen clinic's quote.
This will display the clinics details and also send your contact details to the clinic. You can then arrange for a phone call or discuss by email. The clinic will then organise your appointment and your trip, if so you desire...More Questions? Click Here Q. How do I make an appointment with the clinic?
A. Once a clinic has been selected, Click Fly Smileputs you in direct contact with the clinic. You can then further discuss your medical case and arrange an appointment directly, via phone, email or skype.Q. What language do clinics speak ?
A. Your language. The clinics only select the patients' whom with they can communicate. All clinics members of Click Fly Smilenetwork have a extended experience of dealing with foreign patients.Q. How do I organise my travel and accommodation?
If desired, we can put you in touch with independant travel and accommodation experts. Your trip can be arranged according to your budget and preferences. There are many options, including local guides, to maximise your enjoyment of your chosen destination.
Alternatively, when you speak with the clinic, you can ask them to arrange your trip for you. The dental tourism package usually includes hotel reservation, transfers from/to the airport.
